My order is over $74, why am I being charged a shipping fee?

A $9.95 shipping fee applies to all orders under $74 after discounts and/or promo codes and before taxes. Your order may be over 74$ before your discount is applied and/or after taxes, but this would not make the order eligible for free shipping.
