If a product is not working for you, we would first and foremost like to see how we might be able to help you use the product more enjoyably or effectively. Depending on the situation, we may be able to suggest some recipes or alternate serving sizes that may work better for you.
However, if you are having some sort of reaction, or you're just not satisfied, say no more! We would like to offer you two options:
1. Return the product (instructions here), subject to certain conditions, or
2. Receive a credit for 50% of what you spent on the product before tax (you will not be charged taxes again on this amount) in the form of a custom code
