My tracking link says that my package was delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?

If your tracking page says “Delivered” but you can't find your package, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Let's try to find your package!

✔️ Make sure to check your mailbox and/or parcel locker to see if your Landish package is there.

✔️ Even if your tracking page simply says “Delivered”, please still check your mailbox just in case this was not specified (it happens 🙄).

✔️ Make sure that a delivery slip indicating pickup location was not left at your door or in your mailbox.

Step 2:

If none of the above apply, please call the shipping company's customer service to get more information.

Step 3:

If after speaking to them you still cannot obtain your Landish package, please email us at hello@landish.coindicating your order # so we can help!
